We have our own Service Department, can you believe it!

When our awesome customers purchase from Kiburi, you receive unlimited repairs on all paracord items due to Rope wear and tear. Offcourse there are somethings our genius team cannot repair, like the below, but most things we can repair.

1. We are unable to repair scratches, dings, dents, divets, any damage to any metal or plastic beads or charms. They are not repairable. 

2. All Paracord that has naturally over its life span got loose, we will repair. If we need to replace, our team will contact you for your advice. 

3. Any timber organiser product or products made from timber is not repairable.

4. If you damage by fault of your own any bracelet or paracord item, we have you covered. We will repair these for you. Depending on the damage caused and where the damage is present. Once again we will contact you. 

5. We will also provide with compliments bead polishing. Your diamond ring gets some love, so give us your paracord items with any metal bead and our team will polish nice and shiny for you.

When we refer to repair, we (Kiburi) mean, we will tighten up knots, weave patterns and end stopper knots. We will fine tune our products. Naturally over time, Fabrics, Rope Fibres do come loose and stretch, we will fix this for you with compliments.

Please Note-
You must send items back to Kiburi at your cost and therefore, charges to send back to you will be at your cost aswell. Contact Kiburi and we will pass on some tricky help on how to save those costs from getting out of hand.
