What we need from your for custom orders -

1. You need to be explicit in describing and explaining what you want and require.

2.  All custom orders must be paid up front before item is made and dispatched.

3. Quantity required, if you want one item made, sure, no problems for our skilled team. If you want a commercial amount, we will treat your enquiry as a Wholesale Enquiry.

4. All custom orders will receive a Custom Job Proposal, which will outline what we will make based on the knowledge we have attained from your enquiry. Based on confirmation of our Custom Job Proposal, your order will commence.
 
5. If you are not happy with the look of the finished product we made based on your selections, unfortunately there will be no discount or refund. This is because our services have been rendered complete based on Custom Job Proposal Confirmation by you, the customer. If you want another item, another proposal will be entered into.

Do custom orders qualify for refunds and returns -

No, since orders are made subject to your requirements, we will only provide a refund on faulty workmanship. Now since our crew work with pride, this simply doesn't happen, so ALL items are sent under a strict quality assurance system.
